Custom and personalized items are made to order. Please review all personalization details carefully before checkout.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at checkout.

3. Production & Shipping

Production timelines vary by product type and order volume. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed carrier commitments.

4. Returns & Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee on non-personalized items. Personalized and custom items can’t be returned — but if anything arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, tell us within 30 days and we’ll replace or refund it. To start a return, use the form on our Returns page.

5. Product Variations

Natural materials (wood, slate, metal) may show unique grain, texture, and tonal variation. This is expected and part of the product character.

6. Text Messages

Calibrated Craft sends transactional text messages (invoice and quote links, order status, pickup coordination) only to customers who ask for them. Message frequency varies, usually 1-3 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP or email workbench@calibratedcraft.com for help.
