The must-haves (always on)

Google Analytics (on, unless you pick Only essentials)

Counts visits, which pages people like, how they found us (Instagram? Pinterest? Your aunt?) and what kind of device they use — all in aggregate. It tells us "someone in Georgia loved the coasters," not "you, specifically, at 2 a.m." Choose Only essentials and these stay off.
