Carla mentioned you might prefer “The McLaughlin’s” with an apostrophe. I’m happy to format it that way if that’s your preference.
That said, I did want to note that in most cases, an apostrophe is used to show possession (e.g., “The McLaughlin’s board”), whereas referring to a family name in plural form is typically written without the apostrophe (“The McLaughlins”).
